Associate ‘Queer Joy’ Facilitator / Practitioner
We’re looking for artists, facilitators and creative practitioners who enjoy working with people as much as they enjoy making art.
Our facilitators help create welcoming, imaginative spaces where participants can explore ideas, share experiences and make ambitious creative work together.
You might be delivering a theatre workshop with young people one week, supporting oral history conversations with older residents the next, or helping communities develop material for a public performance or exhibition; every project is different!

Downtown Pompey Trustee
We are seeking trustees who can bring their skills, experience and passion to support Downtown Pompey’s development as a leading regional and national queer-led theatre and arts organisation.
At this stage in Downtown Pompey’s development, we are looking to build a holistic and skilled board of trustees that brings together a breadth and depth of experience. We recognise that depth of experience. We recognise that no single trustee will have every skill listed, and we welcome applications from individuals who bring particular strengths or specialisms.
As we continue to develop the board, we will be recruiting to fill any gaps in experience, ensuring the board as a whole reflects a diverse range of perspectives, skills, and lived experiences.
